    We are so confident on how well our product will perform for you, that we offer you a 30 days no question asked refund and exchange policy on all Firenock™ brand products that are purchased from this web store.  The refund also includes the shipping that you paid to ship the product(s) to you.  However, we do not refund the shipping cost from you back to us.  This no question asked warranty only apply to US orders!
