3 Aerobolt™ II 250 Crossbow arrow (Pat. Pend).  from 20" to 26" for maximum flight stability and need for speed.  26" Bolt without the any metal part of the hybrid insert weight in at 275 gn.  It is made to behave like a 0.001" straightness via our prioertary manufacturing process.  It is a hybrid insert system thus it cannot be removed as it becomes part of the arrow shaft in the manufctureing process.  The bolt is a variable spine design which means the spine in the front is different than the back.  The front is about 0.065" and the back is 0.250".

Aerobolt can be fletch with/without Aerovane™ II (or Aerovane™ III when available), 3 vanes on each arrow (there is option for specific color of vanes if desired [$6.00) or it will be what we have in stock) . All Aerovane™ fletch with ultra high precision Aerovane™ Jig and Aerovane™ Glue AG0600.  Choice of AeroInsert_DA (Aluminum, 17 gn) or AeroInsert_DS (Stainless, 50 gn) (Pat, Pend).  No nocks come with the arrows/bolts.  Thus with vane and no nock, the Aerobolt 250" at 26" will weight

• 285 (shaft) + 20 (3 X AV2) + 17 (DA Insert) = 322 gr
• 285 (shaft) + 20 (3 X AV2) + 50 (DS Insert) = 355 gr

All Aerobolt™ II  come standard with AeroPoint (Pat. Pend), a stainless steel field point that have our AeroInsert compliance technology built in.  So whenever it is inserted into an AeroInsert, it is automatically <0.002" concentric even if you do not try to make it perfect.  It is also the only arrow point that eliminate loose field point shot after shot without tools.

If you choose to have Firenocks with your order, you can choose either C, D, F, J, V, and Q  styles; which comes with 6 polycarbonate nocks in red, 3 Firenock systems with red LEDs, 3 BL batteries, and 3 extreme shcok end caps with tools. (Yes, Extreme shock end cap is manditory for this set up).  Firenock D with extreme shock end cap, battery and circuit is 33 gn. Due to the possibility of damage due to shock, when shot into anything other than foam target or big game, Firenock syetm must be fitted with Extreme Shock Battery End Cap(ESBEC).  ESBEC is recommended on small game, techno hunt, none foam target.  Since ESBEC is manditory on bow that exceed 365fps, shooting into spider web target, small game hunting, or field point on broad head targets.  It is the only way Aerobolt II will comes with if you choose Firenock system at this page.  if you want plain nocks, please purchase them via the shop's accessories page.

Note: Tac Crossbow owner/D nock users, you will find that the D nock will feel a little lose in the AeroBolt 2 due to that D nock need to fit inside a Tac arrow which is 0.298" ID while the AeroBolt 2 has a 0.300" ID.  Please use a tiny drop of super glue to secure the nock if you feel it is too loose inside the AeroBolt 2.  Use just enough to hold the nock in, but not so much you cannot use force to break it free when you want to change the battery or the nock.
