Aerovane™ AG0600 (Cyanoacrylate Adhesive) Aerovane™
AG0600 is a single component cyanoacrylate. This technology bonds most close- fitting smooth surfaces in seconds.
Aerovane™ AG0600 contains no solvent and has low toxicity, which makes it very popular and easy to use. Additionally, this material requires no mixing or heating and can be used on a wide variety of substrates. For best results with Aerovane please follow adhesnion procedure as listed on Aerovane package.
Specifications: Meets Mil-S-46050C Type 2, Class 3, super ceded by A-A-3097, Type 2, Class 3.
Storgae: This product should be stored at 25º C (77º F) and out of direct sunlight. Product should be stored in the original, closed container before use. Shelf life is 12 months when stored in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations from the manufactur date to meet or exceed bonding capability.
Remove Procedure Aervoane adhesive can be remove by soaking it with 100% pure acetone with a cotton ball till soft, then wipe clean.
Suggested Working Environment Well ventilated area is recommended when use Aerovane AG0600 with acetone for Aerovane fletching.
