Aerovane Tool (1/16" Sqaure Brass Bar)
4" 1/16" square brass bar to add to the clamp so you can mount Aerovane with ease.
Due to the airfoil in Aerovane™, one need to glue a piece of 1/16" square stock to utilize the built in air channel to allow you to hold the vane perfectly straight. Not using such device would cause the vane to fly in BIG CIRCLES. The frontal airfoil can encounter the clamp and cause the mid section to curl. Uneven air flow will then passing the middle section.
Glue the 1/16" 4" bar stock to the left side of the Bitzenburger clamp as pictures. After the clamping, your Aerovane should look like picture below from the back of the clamp.
